SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Mohsina Akter is an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting and Information Systems, Jahangirnagar University. She joined Jahangirnagar University in 2014 as a lecturer. Before that She was a lecturer at Daffodil International University and a Senior Officer at Prime Bank Ltd. She completed her graduation and post-graduation from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. She teaches cost accounting, advanced financial accounting, basic accounting and management accounting at both undergraduate and postgraduate. Her research interest broadly focuses on the area of accounting information systems including information relevance in equity crowdfunding market, implications of blockchain technology in accounting.
